NorthWrigleyville, Lakeview, & AndersonvilleTwo of Chicago's biggest and most active neighborhoods on the north side are Wrigleyville, Lakeview, & Andersonville. Both neighborhoods offer many benefits for the residents. The main attraction on the north side are the loveable Chicago Cubs and Wrigley Field. These neighborhoods are built around the Cubs and cater to their fans. Many of the streets in Wrigleyville are filled with sports bars and souvenir shops. The neighborhood thrives during a Cubs game as fans flock to their favorite local bars beer garden/patio, to enjoy a summer day. The neighborhoods also host many other benefits along Southport Ave. and Clark Street, where the sidewalks are filled with residents exploring the many boutiques and restaurants. Wrigleyville and Lakeview also are a recreation retreat in the city. There is Recreation Drive that features a golf course, tennis courts, baseball/softball fields, and even an archery range. Montrose Harbor and Belmont Harbor offer boating docks/facilities. The harbors also feature a revamped lakefront that provide a relaxing spot to sit and watch the boats and scenic views of the city along Lake Michigan.
