Lincoln Park, Old Town, & Depaul Neighborhoods
The Near North is one of the cities most desireable and popular neighborhoods in Chicago. Lincoln Park provides a 1200 acre park that features athletic fields, running/bike paths, beaches, large grassy areas, and even the free admission Lincoln Park Zoo. The park is full of activity on a nice day and provides plenty of outdoor activity for the residents of the Old Town, Lincoln Park, Belmont Harbor, and DePaul neighborhoods.
The Near North's Lincoln Park neighborhood also offers a variety of restaurants, shopping, and nightlife to satisfy both your budget and taste. Clark St. and Halsted provide this neighborhood with convenient shopping for the residents.
Old Town, is a unique neighborhood that offers a mix of both business and residential property, while still preserving a a small town feel. Old Town's residential streets are tree lined and feature some of Chicago's historic homes. Wells St. is a popular spot that features some trendy restaurants, bars, comedy clubs, and boutiques.
The DePaul neighborhood is centered around DePaul University. The neighborhood features an assortment of small neighborhood bars, restaurants, and boutiques that cater to the students.
